There are a lot of different free logo maker websites online. The reason I dropped over DesignEvo is that it’s possible to create a logo after a template, also possible to design a logo from scratch, using a lot of icons, backgrounds and fonts.
If you are not so creative in the logo design discipline, you can use the templates as inspiration. Once you’ve found a logo you like, you can customize it with other colors, icons, texts, etc., so you get your very own personal logo.

If you choose to upgrade to a Basic or Plus packages, you will be able to create high-resolution logos, up to a size of 5000 × 5000 px. It allows for making good quality posters and other printed matter.
If the task is to make a logo for websites, business cards, etc., my immediate assessment is that most people will be happy with the free version. If you need a large-format logo then upgrade to the Basic or Plus Edition, which provides the additional features that are needed.
How to make a logo with DesignEvo
It’s quite easy to get started designing a nice logo.
1. Visit www.designevo.com.
2. Select which logo template you want to use.
The templates are divided into different categories, but you can also use the search function to find the right template.
3. When you select a template, you will be asked to enter name (e.g. company or organization) and a slogan.
You can also choose to put the text on later. If you prefer to design your logo yourself, select “Start from Scratch” in the right-hand corner.
4. Use the menu to insert or change icons, text and colors.
When you are satisfied with the result, click on “Download”. Follow the on-screen instructions to download your logo.
