If you still want to use this tool then kindly follow given below steps, but before you start you have to analyze your all inbound links and for that first download all those links. These links you can get it from Google Webmaster Tools.

Here I am going to tell you about webmaster account, but after getting list of links the remaining process will be same
- Log in to your Google Webmaster account
- Under traffic tab click on “links to your site” option
- Download these links by clicking on download latest links button
- Save this file in CSV format
- Now analyze all links and make list of spam links
- Then save all spam links in .txt file i.e. in notepad
- Here just copy paste all links which you want to disavow
- Using # you can write comment also in that file
- If you want to block an entire domain then mention that domain like this domain:spamsite.com
- Now open Google Disavow Link tool page
- Upload that .txt file and submit it
NOTE: Don’t write anything else in that file apart from those links and if you want to write then use #

It is clearly mentioned that use of this tool without research work can harm more to your site. This tool is not for regular users if they are following all guidelines, so make research full first and then if required then only use this tool.
